MEALS:
Lunch & Drinks: Our lunch and drinks package is US$60.00 per day/night and includes lunch daily, all soft drinks, cocktails, mixed drinks, house wine, beers and mineral waters throughout the day. Mini bar drinks and food & beverages offered to other guests who have not booked the Lunch & Drinks Package are NOT included. The Lunch & Drinks package is combinable with our Dinner Supplement to create a Full Board & Drinks Package.
Dinner: Adult dinner supplement in our Rhodes Restaurant US$65.00; Christmas night & New Year’s Eve US$120.00. The Dinner Supplement is combinable with our Lunch & Drinks package to create a Full Board & Drinks Package.
CHILDREN:
Over 12 welcome 15th January through 15th March. All children welcome throughout the rest of the year. No charge for accommodation EP, for children 16 and under when sharing with parents. Children under 12 breakfast US$20.00; dinner US$35.00; Christmas night & New Year’s Eve US$60.00. Children under 6 (max 2) eat free from our children’s dinner menu, when 2 adults book the dinner supplement for the duration of their stay. Dinner for children under the age of 6 years old served in restaurant between 6.00 and 7.00 pm. Children under the age of 6 are not allowed in the bar or restaurant after 7.00 pm. Baby sitters are available.
MINIMUM STAY:
7 nights at Christmas & New Year and 7 nights 15th January to 15th March.
SUMMER SPECIAL:
Book 7 nights and pay for 5 on package booked from 1st April through 31st October. With our BP package get two night free accommodation with breakfast. With our BP and dinner package get two nights free accommodation, breakfast and dinner.
REPEAT GUESTS:
Who have stayed at Calabash within the last three years and have not booked a special value package, will receive a 10% discount off their food and beverage account, which will be credited locally and based on Calabash menu prices. Plus new for 2010 Treatments at our Heaven & Earth Spa will also be discounted by 10% for repeat guests who have not booked a special value package.
DEPOSITS:
50% of total booking is required.
CANCELLATION:
For direct bookings the deposit of the package booked will be forfeited if the reservation is cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival in winter or 15 days in summer. We recommend guests take out travel insurance to include possible loss of deposit. Early checkout will result in deposit being applied to any cancelled nights.
CLOSURE 2010:
Calabash will close on Thursday 12th August and reopen on Wednesday 6th October 2010.
