Dinner: For B&AT rates, adult dinner supplement in our Rhodes Restaurant US$65 per person. Christmas night & New Year’s Eve dinner supplements US$120. For FB&D rate add US$70 per person.

Children’s’ meals & drinks: Children age16 and under; breakfast US$20.00, dinner US$35.00. Christmas night & New Year’s Eve US$60.00: on FB&D US$110.00. Children under 6 (max 2) eat free from our children’s dinner menu, when 2 adults book the dinner supplement for the duration of their stay. If parents are booked on FB&D, children under six receive free meals and drinks throughout their stay.

Children: Children over 12 are welcome from 15th January through 15th March. All children welcome throughout the rest of the year. No charge for accommodation for children age 16 and under when sharing with parents. Dinner for children under the age of 6 years old is served in restaurant between 6.00 and 7.00 pm. Children under the age of 6 are not allowed in the bar or restaurant after 7.00 pm. Baby sitting services are available.

Deposits: 50% of total booking is required.

Cancellations: For direct bookings the deposit of the package booked will be forfeited if the reservation is cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival in winter or 15 days in summer. We recommend guests take out travel insurance to include possible loss of deposit. Early checkout will result in deposit being applied to any cancelled nights.

Summer Special: Book 7 nights and pay for 5. The free nights will be based on B&AT. Valid 1st April through 30th November.

Closure 2010: Calabash will close on Thursday 12th August and reopen on Wednesday 6th October 2010.
