At The Calabash we will look after every detail to make sure your special day is absolutely perfect. Our Wedding Package ensures that while we take care of all the legalities and paperwork, so your day is as relaxing and stress free as possible.

Wedding Package

Cost: US$1,290.00 inclusive of service and VAT.

What's Included

•     Room upgrade (subject to availability)
•     The service of a wedding co-ordinator.
•     Two witnesses (if required).
•     Wedding cake.
•     Bottle of fine Champagne.
•     Bridal bouquet of beautiful tropical flowers for the Bride and buttonhole for the Groom.
•     Celebration bottle of wine along with wedding night dinner.
•     Photographer.
•     Registrar Minister’s and administration fees, marriage license, certificate and ceremony.

The State requirements for Weddings

•     Valid passports.
•     Both birth certificates.
•     Couple must reside in Grenada for a minimum of three working days.
•     A notarized lawyer’s letter confirming both individuals have single status.
•     Relevant divorce papers (if applicable).
•     If previous partner is deceased, then death certificate is required.
•     Both individuals need to be at least eighteen years of age.
•     Written parental consent if under twenty-one.
•     Legal proof if name change by deed poll.

Wedding Gift Special Offer

• During June, July or August there will be no charge for the wedding arrangements if the couple stays a minimum of 14 nights on HB or AI. As a wedding gift to the couple, the bride will receive 7 nights complimentary dinners or the equivalent reduction if booking AI. 

• For couples who book to stay 7 nights on HB or AI, they pay for the wedding arrangements but as a wedding gift to the couple, the bride will receive 7 nights' complimentary dinners or the equivalent reduction if booking AI.

Renewal of Vows Package

Cost: US $940.00 including 10% service & 15% VAT.

What's included:

•     Bottle of champagne with canapés.
•     Bridal corsage of tropical flowers.
•     Celebrant to conduct the ceremony.
•     Services of a wedding co-ordinator.
•     A boat trip (1 hour).
•     Six prints to remember this occasion.

Renewal of Vows Special Offer

During June, July or August there will be no charge for the ceremony if the couple stay a minimum of seven nights on Half Board. All other months of the year the usual cost will apply, however, if the couple stay 14 nights on half board there will be no charge.

Honeymooners

All honeymoon couples will receive Champagne and a free room upgrade subject to availability on arrival.
