The Thornycroft Suite

The Calabash Hotels most luxurious accommodation is The Thorneycroft suite. The suite is named after Lord Peter & Lady Carla Thorneycroft, who have spent many holidays at The Calabash.

The Thorneycroft suite is extremely spacious extending to over 2,000 square feet. In the suite there is a master bedroom (18" x 14") leading out to a balcony (14" x 8"). A marble tiled bathroom (17" x 12") with double shower and large double whirlpool bath leading to a walk in closet and dressing area (14" x 8"). A large and well appointed lounge (23" x 18") leading to a sundeck (33" x 10") beside the pool (22" x 15"). So as to facilitate maid breakfast service there is also a kitchen (12"x 8").

The suite was completed in December 1999, and includes luxurious furniture and fine interior decorations all arranged by Penny Barnard, the renowned designer from St. Lucia.

To facilitate families who need more than one bedroom we have arranged to establish a spiral staircase in the Thorneycroft suite to connect with the superior suite below named The Calabash suite. If required both suites can be booked as one family unit. To check rates please see the tariff page.
