A tour of our Restaurants with Beth

Today we’re joined by middle sister Beth, who looks after all the Food & Beverage at the hotel. In this video she takes you on a tour of our three restaurants; The Beach Club, Rhodes Restaurant and newest addition Nori, as well as providing an overview of the food offering and what you would expect during your stay at Calabash.

She also harks back to our chance meeting with Gary Rhodes all those years ago, and the story behind our most famous dish. Joined by Adèle, the two discuss their favourite food concepts at the hotel, and how it has evolved into what it is today. Enjoy!
