Two MICHELIN Keys: A Recognition We’re Proud to Retain

We’re incredibly proud to share that Calabash has retained Two MICHELIN Keys for 2026, making us the only hotel in Grenada to hold Two Keys and one of just 16 across the Caribbean.

Receiving Two MICHELIN Keys for the first time in 2025 was an extraordinary moment for us. Retaining them for another year feels, in many ways, even more meaningful.

The MICHELIN Key is the hotel equivalent of the MICHELIN Star, recognising hotels that offer truly outstanding stays. Two Keys are awarded to properties MICHELIN describes as an “exceptional stay” — places with character, personality and a strong sense of place, where every detail contributes to the guest experience.

Those are qualities that feel particularly important to us at Calabash.

For almost 40 years, our family has believed that great hospitality is about far more than beautiful surroundings. It’s in the warmth of the welcome, knowing our guests by name, the care that goes into every meal, and the countless small details our team thinks about every day.

To have that recognised by MICHELIN once was wonderful. To retain Two Keys for a second year gives us an enormous sense of pride in what our team continues to achieve.

And to be the only Two MICHELIN Key hotel in Grenada makes it even more special. We are immensely proud to represent our little island alongside just 15 other Two-Key hotels across the Caribbean.

Most importantly, this recognition belongs to our team. Their warmth, care and genuine Grenadian hospitality are what make Calabash what it is.

Two Keys. Two years. And a very proud Calabash family.
